The Henry Cavill Workout
By Adam Sinicki![]()
Henry Cavill is a rising star in the world of Hollywood and part of his attraction is his ability to get in ripped and toned shape apparently in no time at all. After a great stint on the television series 'The Tudors' the English actor went on to play Theseus in the film immortals where he got his top off and revealed some incredibly cut abs and a highly low body fat. But the real challenge for Henry Cavill training will be filming Superman: Man of Steel – where he has been cast as the titular hero.
The Henry Cavill Man of Steel Workout
Of course as he's a relatively new face in Hollywood there is as yet very little information available about how he's training, and he's not yet begun his Man of Steel workout (though he states it is aiming for an 'old school and buff' physique (incidentally how I think Superman blatantly should look). Cavill will also be using a trainer for the Superman workout and says his training will 'adapt and change as his trainer sees his body adapting to the training'. While we can't garner much at this stage then, what we do know is that his trainer understands the importance of adapting a training routine to an individual and making sure that you fit the two together. Everyone is different so if you see your body shape changing you need to continue what you're doing – if you're having problems then you should change your technique again.
The Henry Cavill Immortals Workout
For the Henry Cavill immortals workout we know only that he maintained 6% body fat for the duration of the shoot. He also competed with the other actors on the set to have the best ab muscles so another lesson we can learn from the Henry Cavill workout is that some healthy competition is a great way to increase your training.
Okay so I'm clutching at straws here... I don't know much about the Henry Cavill workout. But I will keep reading up on it, and I'll be sure to make sure that all the information is available here when I know it.
